Pluff Mud Porter

A medium bodied porter 5.5%a abv and 21 IBU's. Hints of chocolate give this beer a smooth finish that can be enjoyed all year long!

Vienna Lager

A 5.2% abv malty lager. The Vienna malt adds a little spice to this beer while the Vanguard hops add a earthy aroma and piney taste

Graveyard Shiftee

The second shiftee beer that we have brewed. Shiftee beers are our tribute to the great people that work in Food and Beverage in Charleston (As in their shift beer). Graveyard is a 8.5% Imperial Porter. Still easy drinking after a long shift. Cheers!

Smoked Marzen

A German style Marzen coming in at 6.3%abv. A malty lager with German smoked malt to add a smokey finish.

Category 4 IPA

The second IPA that we have brewed in the Hurricane Series. 8.0% abv and 75 IBU's. We hopped this beer with Magnum and Cascade and then dry hopped it with Centennial and more Cascade.

Sex Panther

This beer is as interesting as its name. A Double IPA. The malt for this beer is not traditional to the style. Belgian Special B and Abbey malt give it a unique character of dark fruit balanced with the citrus from Chinook and Cascade hops. Dry hopped with 10 lbs of Amarillo. 60% of the time, itŐs hoppy all the time.

Washout Wheat

Washout Wheat is a German Hefeweizen. 5.3% abv. Banana, Clove, and Vanilla dominate the aroma and taste while the high carbonation smooths out the finish.

Earth Worm

Earth Worm is a light summer Rye Ale coming in at 5.9% abv. We added 2lbs of dried wormwood towards the end of the boil to add an earthy aroma with a slight bitterness in the finish. Earth Worm debuted around Earth Day and had Wormwood in it so hence... Earth Worm.

Sir Pantaloons

Sir Pantaloons is a Belgian Dubbel 6.25% abv. A beer that needed a title. This a malty Belgian, dark reddish brown with a touch of chocolate, sweet up front with a dry finish. Belgian yeast gives a nice fruity aroma.

Holy City Slam

Holy City Slam is a 5% abv American Pale Ale brewed for The Family Circle Cup. Chinook hops give a crisp bitterness up front and a hefty amount of Cascade gives a floral citrusy aroma. This is an easy drinking pale ale to enjoy in the sun.

Spring Cleaning IPA

This IPA was hopped with 6 different varieties of hops. 6.5% abv and 85 IBU's. Chinook hops are the main bittering hop, along with Nugget, Horizon, and Willamette. Cascades and Summit make give this IPA a strong floral, citrusy, aroma. We basically cleaned out our freezer for this one.

Biscuits and Honey ESB

An Extra Special Bitter. 5.0% abv. This ESB is full bodied but balanced between Biscuit and Honey malt and a crisp bitterness from Challenger and East Kent Golding hops. Lower carbonation levels leave this beer a smooth finish.

Black Dogs Bite

This beer was a collaboration with the Lucas Brothers. A full bodied Hoppy Rye Brown Ale. 7.5% abv.

Weak Sauce

Weak Sauce is a Session Stout, 4.5% abv. Although it is a low abv beer you'll find a little bitterness, smokiness, and chocolate. We packed a lot of flavor into this sessionable stout. The name only applies to the alcohol not the flavor.
