Iron Brew Competitors!  Submitting began yesterday for this years Iron Brew Competition. You have until the 29th of July to get your beers into Holy City Brewing. You can bring them up to the brewery at 4155 C Dorchester Rd between the hours of 10am and 6pm. We are now open Sunday's so can bring them up then between 12-4. Beers need to be bottled.  Either 2 22s or 4 12 oz bottles. Any bottle is fine, even a growler. If time flies when you're having fun, brewing beer must be fun as hell! On July 21st, 2012, we celebrated our first anniversary in style, with a massive celebration at the brewery. Basically, we took our regular Friday night celebration, dubbed "Carnival Night," and put it on steroids.
